SPONSOR A SCHOOL

YSF’s Sponsor-a-School Program is another way to bring your organization into the community. Ideal for studios, networks, television shows, and agencies - the Sponsor-a-School program combines the opportunity to serve your local community with a carefully designed and tested program. For this unique opportunity, YSF will provide all the logistical support. Past and present school sponsors include:

IAMA Theater Co. at Dayton Heights Elementary

CAA @ The Tom Bradley Community Center

Endeavor Agency @ Castle Heights Elementary

Fox Studios @ Overland Elementary

Warner Bros. Studios @ Walt Disney Elementary

UTA @ Canfield Elementary

HBO @ Broadway Elementary

24 @ Superior Elementary - He's saved the world from terrorists and assassins, but now CTU Agent Jack Bauer is facing his most dangerous assignment yet: mentoring a fifth grade screenwriter. YSF has joined forces with the team behind FOX's mega-hit 24 at Superior Elementary School in Chatsworth.

William Morris Agency @ Palms Elementary - WMA is now entering their fourth session as a School Sponsor, and are the first-ever organization to sponsor a school with YSF. Working with nearby Palms Elementary School students, WMA gives assistants a paid lunch hour to go off and mentor, then has lunch waiting for them at their desks when they return. When it comes time for the Big Show, WMA stacks the cast with the stars of such shows as High School Musical and Hannah Montana.

My Boys @ Dayton Heights Elementary - The writing staff of the TBS comedy My Boys sponsored the  first-ever session at Dayton Heights Elementary. It was the first time a television show completely ran a session - with all mentors and actors coming from the show.
