Young Storytellers @ The Achievery allows us to share our 25+ years of storytelling expertise with more students, educators, and families.

YS @ TA is ideal for students and educators K-12. Materials are adapted from our in-school programs, and aligned with English Language Arts Common Core Standard and CASEL SEL Core Competencies.
Fun and Engaging
Each video is its own mini-lesson, complete with engaging videos, student-friendly worksheets, and tried-and-true YS activities.
Free, Safe, and Accessible
YS lesson units are available online from anywhere, any time, and to any one—at no cost and on a safe and ad-free digital platform.
Self-Guided and Configurable
Our digital materials are turn-key and can be implemented with a group of students, or independently. Lesson units typically take between 10–20 minutes to complete.

These dynamic, interactive workshops—adapted from our acclaimed direct-service, in-school programs—provides access to more students, families, and educators in Southern California and beyond.

Fill out our interest form below to bring a Young Storytellers storytelling and creative writing workshop to your school or organization.
Workshops typically last 60 to 75 minutes, and can be hosted virtually or in-person (min. of 12 participants)
YS @ The Achievery material is geared towards 3rd–5th grade, Middle School, and High School students
Workshops are free, however, validated registration on The Achievery is required for all participants 13 years and older.
