DC Superpowered Storytellers
Unlock your inner superhero.
We are delighted to share the launch of an exciting Virtual Field Trip, The Superpower of Story, along with comic-book inspired Story Lab Activities via the free, open-access DC Superpowered Storytellers website.
We began Story Lab as a Common Core and English Language Arts-aligned LAUSD program right here in Los Angeles seven years ago, and now we’re so excited that these materials can be reached by educators nationwide through education resources in schools, after-school clubs, and homes.
Thanks to our partners Warner Bros. Discovery, DC, and Discovery Education, we’re inspiring the next generation of storytellers, enriching classroom learning, and building excitement as young people explore what it means to be a superhero – approximately 200,000 students this year!
Be a Real-Life Hero
Every student deserves the chance to discover their voice, just like the characters they admire. While students are going behind the scenes with DC, we're working behind the scenes too - bringing our programs to over 30,000 students across Los Angeles through the help of donors and volunteers like you.
Donate or volunteer with Young Storytellers today, and help us inspire the next generation of storytellers!
