Hi, we're so excited for you to volunteer with us! Each of our volunteers goes through a mentor training to equip them to mentor students through a Young Storytellers program. The mentor training is a chance for you to get familiar with the goals and structure of the program you are going to volunteer in, and go over some best practices for working with the students in that program. All of the mentor trainings are held virtually over Zoom and hosted by members of the YS community that have volunteered with us before. Thank you for doing your part to get ready for the program and give our students the best experience possible!
