We’re so proud to have 20 programs underway this term and we’re already looking forward to seeing you at our Big Shows. It’s been a long time since we’ve had live performances, so we invite you all to join us for an exciting new workshop put on by YS staff and veteran actors: Behind the Big Show!

At Behind the Big Show, together we will:

• Review our IRL Big Show best practices for actors as well as YS and school-based COVID protocols

• Learn about our Middle School Program performances and how they differ from elementary school Big Shows (and how to be successful as a YS actor in both)

• Run through expectations for participating in YS programs on school campuses for both Head Mentors and actors

• Sign up to act in Big Shows this fall! (And if you’re a Head Mentor, recruit actors for your Big Shows!)

Snacks will be provided and we’ll head over as a group to a nearby spot for an optional Happy Hour!

Bonus: We will have a calendar of Fall 2021 Big Show performances at the workshop. If you sign up that evening to act in at least one Big Show, YS will treat you to a drink during our Happy Hour.
